Terms of Service

By creating an account or using YourFinanceFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

YourFinanceFlow is a personal finance management platform that allows you to: — Connect your bank accounts via Open Banking (PSD2-regulated APIs) — View and track your transactions and account balances — Categorise transactions automatically using AI — Import bank statements in PDF or CSV format — Export your financial data as CSV — Set and monitor personal budgets (coming soon) The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at support@yourfinanceflow.app.

When you connect a bank account, you authorise YourFinanceFlow (via Enable Banking Oy) to retrieve your account information and transaction history in read-only mode. We never have access to transfer funds, make payments, or modify your bank account in any way. Open Banking consents are typically valid for 90 days. After expiry, you will need to re-authorise the connection to continue syncing. You can disconnect any bank connection at any time from the Accounts page. Disconnecting removes the account and its data from our platform.

Your financial data belongs to you. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. You can export all your transaction data as CSV at any time from the Transactions page. You can permanently delete all your financial data or your entire account at any time from the User Profile page. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

You agree not to: — Use the Service for any unlawful purpose — Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure — Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service — Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service — Share your account credentials with others — Use the Service to process financial data belonging to other people without their explicit consent We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions. We will attempt to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

YourFinanceFlow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not provide financial advice. The transaction categorisation, spending insights, and budget tools are informational only and should not be relied upon for financial, tax, or investment decisions. Always consult a qualified financial professional for advice specific to your situation. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that transaction data retrieved from banks will be complete or accurate — bank data accuracy depends on your bank's API implementation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YourFinanceFlow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or financial decisions made based on information provided by the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim (which is €0 for free plan users).

All content, design, and code of YourFinanceFlow is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your financial data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete Account" option in your User Profile. All your data will be immediately and permanently deleted. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. If we discontinue the Service, we will provide at least 30 days notice and ensure you can export your data before shutdown.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the laws of the country where YourFinanceFlow is registered. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the EU.
